Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks,
money orders or cashier's checks.
Shipping Information
We generally ship within 2-3 days from receipt of payment.
If paying by personal check please allow sufficient time for your
check to clear before we mail out your item(s).All of our orders
are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Delivery time is generally 5 to
7 business days.We currently only ship to U.S. addresses(including
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Shipping Rates for Mexican Ceramic
and/or Talavera Tiles:
Base rate of $6.50 for first 1 to 10 tiles ordered.
A charge of $0.40 will be added for each additional tile ordered.
Example: For an order of 80 tiles the shipping charge will be
calculated as follows:
$6.50 base rate for 1st ten tiles + $28.00 (70 tiles x $0.40 = $28.00)
= $34.50 shipping.

Ordering by Mail
If you prefer to order by mail, simply add the products
to your basket and before proceeding to final checkout print out
a copy of the order form. Be sure to include your shipping address
and a method by which we can reach you by either email or phone,
if we should have any questions about your order.Send the completed

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you via email to let you know
that your order has been received.
Return Policy
We hope you'll love whatever item you order from us, but
if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return the item(s) to obtain a refund or replacement.NO refunds
or exchanges after 30 days from receipt of purchase.To ensure a full
refund (minus shipping costs)be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice
and a brief note explaining why you are returning the product(s).
We will issue a credit card refund upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

All order cancellations must be recieved by email within 24
